These 3 days I was responsible for contacting to the high school people to work in the high school camp. In order to have everything organized to the high school camp. The people that I had to invite to work in the camp were alumni from Tiffin University. Some of them were not, but they already had participated of this camp before. I had to find the alumni in the Tiffin University athletic web page and try to discover their contact. My instructor already had some of the emails from them, and it helped a lot in the process. Since some high schools had students participating of the camp, but they did not have any coach to be with the students, those people invited to help would replace the missing coaches.

The instructor gave to me a stock of a weekly soccer magazine (around 12) to put in folders and organize by type of exercises. I Also had to choose with him the best exercises from the magazines to build the pre season practice. It took a long time to decide the exercises to create different practices during the whole pre season. The instructor is enrolled in a weekly soccer magazine that brings news about the soccer world and a lot ideas for game's strategies. It also contains a lot ideas to practice the team's issues in order to improve the team performance. This contact to the magazine and the process to choose the best exercises provided me good knowledge. Reading the magazines and selecting the exercises, I could learn a lot more about tactic ways to improve the player's performance.

During the third week, other materials from soccer came in, and I had to distribute them in the correspondent player's bag. These materials were: shoes, gloves and warm up clothes. The instructor also gave to me folders with soccer material to organize by subjects. They were around 15 folders. Organizing the materials was a tired job. The space that we had to put all the bags was small and it was hard to find out which number was each bag. Every single time that a new material arrived, I took at least half hour to organize everything. The folders also took me some time, but it was a lot easier than the soccer materials. The folders contained different ideas for practices, such as soccer drills.

During the second week, I had to organize letters to recruits' parents and make sure they were sent. I had to search assistant coaches from high schools around Tiffin and take their emails and put in an save them. Those assistants were possible candidates to be the new assistant coach of TU m-soccer team. I also had to organize in alphabetic order the resumes that were arriving to the head coach's office. It was interesting because I was working at library at the same period, and I used to do this type of work at library too. I could realize how fast I was organizing everything in alphabetic order just because of my job at library, where I had to do the same with the title of books.

During the first week I had to organize recruit's documents in folders. I also organized the assistant coach's office because the last assistant coach had just left from Tiffin University. At this time the new uniforms and equipment for the next season were arriving and I have to organize them. I had to separate the uniforms by colors and numbers and put in different boxes. There were 3 different uniforms and 60 players. As a  normal first contact with anything, I was a little lost about the organization of the program. For sure observation and patience were very important for my first week.
